Recent statistics show that youths are becoming increasingly anxious. I offer a safe space in our therapeutic and working relationship for young adults and youth to build self-awareness and self-esteem. I believe that if an individual is in the right environment, they can self-actualise, understand, and navigate the impact of problematic experiences.
Having the necessary support sooner rather than later can stimulate a young person's developmental process and help and support them in continuing on a healthy trajectory of self-image with a sense of belonging, self-worth, competence, and purpose.
In today’s vibrant world, by social media, many young people, including adolescents and young adults, are facing challenges like loneliness, depression, and anxiety. The constant comparison to others online can sometimes make it tough to embrace their true selves.

I work towards supporting you to have meaning and make sense of your experiences, develop healthy strategies to move forward, and, where possible, heal from the past and thrive.
